We now accept credit card payments

As of this morning we can process credit card payments through PayPal.
An email from PayPal will accompany your invoice with instructions
outlining how to pay. Please note that a surcharge of 2.4% will be
applied to the invoice if you pay via PayPal.

Payment by cash, cheque or direct deposit will not attract this
surcharge.

New Intel processors

Intel have recently released a new line of CPUs aimed at the home PC
market – the Core i5. The release of the Core i5 has dropped the price
of the Core2 Duo and Core2 Quad processors significantly, making now a
good time to purchase a computer with a Core2 Duo or Quad processor.

after bleeding-edge high performance, a Core i5/i7 machine.

Worldwide shortage of vital part of DVD burners

A shortage of a vital component has driven up the cost of DVD drives as
supply has dwindled. It is expected that drives will be available again
in October, but prices will remain high until supply catches up with
demand.

When purchased as part of a system, Packet Networks will attempt to
absorb some of the increased cost of the drives.
